Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

I have 29 years of experience in the retail industry. I began as a janitor for Sam’s Club and worked my way up into management. The majority of my time was spent in multi-unit roles covering districts throughout the Southeast for Sports Authority and Cost Plus World Market. In addition to traditional retail, I spent several years as a Director of Medical Retail Services for a large Health System. I have been fortunate to work for some great companies but (probably like you) something was missing.

I had long desired to become a business owner and take my future into my own hands, but I didn’t know where to start. As I entered into my own career transition phase, I knew it was the right time to bet on myself and venture out on my own.

As your coach, I am committed to creating a safe space for you to learn about different possibilities with no pressure or judgment. I will be here to guide you through the discovery process and allow you to make choices that are best for you.

Work history.

My 31 year career has given me experience from many angles.

My first 9 years, while in college and right after, were spent with Sam’s Club and The Sports Authority. I began with Sam’s part-time and grew to an Assistant Manager role. With The Sports Authority I was elevated to Store Manager.
The next 15 years were spent with The Sports Authority and World Market as a Multi-Unit Leader. With both companies I oversaw stores in the Southeastern US (Texas to Florida and up to Arkansas and Tennessee).
After leaving traditional retail, I spent 3 and a half years working for a Health Care System (Ochsner) as the Director of Retail Services. This gave me the opportunity to run business from the corporate side where I was responsible for creating the direction and vision for my service lines.
The past three years have been spent with The Entrepreneur’s Source. Here I have found joy and satisfaction I did not think was possible. I love helping my clients figure out their “Why” and explore new career paths that put them in control of their destiny.
